DESIGN OBJECTIVE

Enhance the Salesforce user experience by streamlining workflows through improving interface usability and aligning key journey touchpoints - ensuring faster task completion, cleaner navigation, and improving intuitiveness to support long-term efficiency.

APPROACH

I became knowledgeable about the users through user research, such as interviews, and based my creation of user journey maps off it.

I gained a deeper understanding of the current Salesforce application and page setup, creating information architecture that best reflects what currently exists.

Based on user insights, I designed multiple wireframes and concepts, gaining feedback and validation from both the Product and Engineering teams with each iteration.
