Point of Sale Redesign

DESIGN OBJECTIVE

Design the user experience and interface on a point of sale system that would assist users in the hospitality industry with managing their business.

APPROACH

I gained a thorough understanding of the product through initial in-depth research, competitive analysis, and user research.
Using that knowledge, I designed wireframes, screens, prototypes, and flows for specific features. These flows would go through constant iteration as I would conduct usability tests and gain feedback from participants.
